Today is Halloween, one of my favorite times of the year, because you get to pretend to be someone else (and you get to dress up, which I love). I often like to escape into a reality that's not my own, i.e. in a novel, movie, etc... because at least for a time being, I'm not me, and I'm not reminded of my current situation.
